Refund policy
Returns
You have 14 days to return your parcel for either an exchange or refund excluding delivery fee and return fee.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be unworn, with original tags, packaging, and it should not be washed. If goods are not returned in a saleable condition they will be refused and sent back to you.
Please take extra care when trying on your garments. Damages such as makeup stains / general wear and tear / heavily fragranced / marks / spills / discolouration / tampered labels and tags will all be refused.
Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please note the customer will be responsible for return fees. Return fees and postage fees will be non-refundable
Please fill out the returns form to the best of your ability so we can aim to improve our services.
International Orders
For international returns, the customer is fully responsible for:

Covering all return shipping costs
Please ensure your return is properly tracked and packaged, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns in transit.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for another size, please return via our returns portal which you can find above. Please select ‘Exchange’ as your reason for return.
Using the paper returns form inside your package, please make clear which items you wish to exchange and for which size.
We aim to process all exchanges in 10 working days, from receipt of the return at our warehouse.
