The t-shirt was advertised as non see-through but arrived completely see-through. I returned them at my own expense with a promised postage refund, but the seller delayed communication and only issued a partial refund, refusing to cover postage as agreed. This has been ongoing since August 19th and it is now September 7th.
Peri then proceeded to let me know that Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, return postage is only refundable when an item is not as described which only undermined her own position as that is precisely why I raised the return in the first place.
Being a small business is no excuse for ignoring customers or breaking promises. Quick to take money, but not quick or fair when it comes to refunds. Would not recommend at all.
